DivaRides: Rider Policy
Welcome to DivaRides! We’re proud to offer safe, reliable rides with female drivers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This policy page outlines the terms and conditions for using our ride service. Please review it carefully before booking your trip.
1. Account Creation and Use (For future use)
- You must be 18 years or older to create an account and use DivaRides.
- By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
2. Booking and Fares
- Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and any tolls encountered during your trip.
- You can see the estimated fare before booking your ride.
- DivaRides accepts various payment methods.
- We reserve the right to adjust fares based on demand and other factors.
3. Pick-up and Drop-off
- Request rides through www.DivaRides.com or text 214-202-9030.
- Be ready at your pick-up location when the driver arrives.
- We have a complimentary wait time of 10 minutes. Anything over is subject to extra charges.
- We may cancel rides if a safe pick-up location cannot be found.
- In the event of a flight delay exceeding 1 hour, DivaRides reserves the right to cancel the reservation if we cannot accommodate the change with no refund to Rider/Passenger.
- DivaRides is not responsible for passenger wait time if flight arrives earlier than expected or scheduled.
4. Rider Conduct
- DivaRides maintains a safe and respectful environment for all.
- Riders are expected to be polite and courteous to drivers.
- Smoking, vaping, alcohol or drugs are prohibited during rides.
- Damaging the vehicle will result in additional charges.
- Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
5. Cancellations and Waiting Time
- Riders may cancel rides 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time and receive a full refund.
- Cancellations the day of ride will not be refunded.
- Any changes or delays within 24 hours of scheduled ride resulting in DivaRides not being able to accommodate, will not be refunded.
- Drivers may cancel rides if you are not ready at the pick-up location within a reasonable timeframe (typically 10 minutes). No refund will be given.
6. Lost and Found
- We will make every effort to return lost items left in a DivaRides vehicle.
- Please contact customer support to report lost items.
7. Reporting Issues
- If you have any issues with your ride, please report them to 214-202-9030.
- We take complaints seriously and will investigate all reported incidents.
8. Modifications to Policy
- DivaRides reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
